Niki Theophilus has been named SVP of HR at ConAgra Foods.

Mo Doghman of OPPD has been named VP of Transmission & Distribution Engineering & Operations. In this position, Mo has overall responsibility for the power lines, substations and other equipment that make up OPPD's electrical grid.

Jason Fisher has been named president of The Lund Company.

Roberta Christensen has been named president of the board of the Omaha Children's Museum. Joining Bobbie on the board is David Cota (28).

Russell Westerhold has become a sharehold and director of Fraser Stryker law firm.

Sarah Waldman is the Chair of the 2010 ICAN Board of Directors. Other Leadership Omaha graduates on the board are Vice-Chair Cynthia Buettner (30), Peg Breen (14), Gail DeBoer (29), and Aileen Warren (11).

Jay Palu has been named chairman of the Greater Omaha Young Professionals Council. Also joining the Council are Mike Battershell (31) and Kristine Hull (32).
